A quiet pause, with your choice at the center
PauseTen offers a short guided pause before you decide whether to eat. It is here to create a little space, not to judge your decision. You remain responsible for your own choices and wellbeing.
Do not use PauseTen to ignore ongoing physical hunger, restrict food your body needs, or delay care. After the pause, you may eat without guilt.
Not medical care
PauseTen does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It does not replace a doctor, therapist, dietitian, or emergency service. If food, eating, or body image is causing distress, or if you have a condition affected by food, please seek support from a qualified professional.
Urgent situations
PauseTen is not monitored for emergencies. If you may be in immediate danger or need urgent medical help, contact local emergency services or a trusted person nearby.
Using PauseTen
You may use PauseTen for your personal, lawful use. Please do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse automated systems, or copy and resell the product.
Subscription, renewal, and cancellation
PauseTen costs US$19.99 per year. When you subscribe through PayPal, you authorize PayPal to charge US$19.99 now and automatically once each year until you cancel. The price, billing period, and automatic renewal are shown again before you approve the subscription.
You can cancel future renewals at any time from PauseTen Settings or through your PayPal automatic-payments settings. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge. After cancellation, access continues through the paid period already shown in Settings.
If a payment appears incorrect, access does not work, or you need help cancelling, contact us at hello@pauseten.com. We will review the issue fairly, and any refund or consumer right required by applicable law remains available to you.
Availability and changes
We are still improving PauseTen. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be interrupted. If a change materially affects a paid feature, we will try to explain it clearly. We may update these terms as the product develops, and the updated date will appear at the top of this page.
Results and responsibility
We hope the pause feels useful, but everyone’s experience is different. We do not promise a particular health, appetite, eating, or weight result. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
