A little detail helps
- Tell us what you were trying to do.
- Share the phone and browser you were using.
- Add a screenshot if it makes the problem easier to see.
- For a payment question, include the PayPal order ID if you have it.
Please never send a password, full card number, PayPal login, identity document, or private medical information.
Privacy requests
You can ask about information connected to your email, reminder, or payment. Tell us what you would like us to check, correct, or delete, and we will respond as clearly as we can.
